About Me

About Me

Hi, I'm Pritha, the cook, writer, photographer and recipe developer behind this blog. And as un-glamorous as it may sound, also the cleaner, prop-washer and trash-disposer after cooking and shooting are wrapped up! Food and travel make my world go round, and Guilt Free is a space where food, travel, and adventure collide. I’ve always had a passion for discovering new cultures through their cuisine, and I believe that food is one of the most powerful ways to understand a place. When I’m not savoring local dishes or planning my next travel adventure, you can find me experimenting in the kitchen, reminiscing about past travels, or writing about the places and people who’ve left a mark on me.
